Worth the wait

We had to reschedule this shoot 3 times because of weather
and it could not have been more worth the wait! The weather was perfect,
perfect temperature and perfect light : )

You may remember Dean and Wendy when they helped me out
with a "practice" Engagement Get Together last year.

They happen to be my brother and sister in law
but are also both gorgeous and my camera loves them.
This is the first time I have had the chance to shoot them with their 2 girls,
Grace and Sophie, who are also both gorgeous and
(I learned this weekend) my camera loves them too.

I might be a little biased because they are my family
and I know I say this all the time but it was REALLY hard to narrow down my favorites.
So here are my favorite favorites : )

gorgeous family

(I think this is my favorite father/daughter pic to date!)

Four wheeler tracks...

ant hills, grass stains and deer stands were some of the topics that came up at my last shoot and I loved every second of it.

Elijah and Shaphan are two very full of life almost 6 year old twin boys
that I had the pleasure of meeting this weekend. We got to hang out and run around on some of their Dad's family's land.

I would have to say that we had a blast and that I am very excited about the images I was able to capture of this fun family of 4. Infact, I had a really hard time narrowing down my favorites!

(Ashley and Shea, thought you would like this serious face!)

seriously, they are too cute : )

The pinto in these next few actually belonged to Shea many years ago,
he said one night he had like 20 people in it!
